For most of my working life, I have been in managerial positions and I have always believed that there was a difference between being a manager and being a leader. I have always strived to be a leader and I have seen the beneficial results from this type of management.

I naturally gravitated to coaching as it seemed to become my life purpose. I enjoy every moment that I spend with clients, knowing that I am helping them become aware of their life and the direction they want to take it.

I have worked with clients who were not happy in their current jobs and as a result of our sessions together, they have gone onto great careers and financial rewards.

Whilst I have no formal qualifications yet for training, I have had the opportunity to create learning programs, user guides and conducted “in-house” training in systems and processes within the organisations I have worked for.

I am now studying so that I can obtain a certificate IV in Training and Assessment so that I will hold the qualifications of a trainer and expand my services.

We all come from different backgrounds and with this comes a variety of beliefs and values. We all have different strengths and weaknesses as well as attitudes and skills. This is what is exciting about being a coach, I get to work in this playground and help others learn about their values and beliefs, their skills and watch them grow.
